Postage and Packaging:
We offer free delivery to UK addresses only for orders over £25. (please select this option at the checkout)
Our postage rates are based on the weight of your order in an effort to keep the our postage rates as low as possible. We use the Royal Mail as our postal service and we try keep our rates in line with them.
- up to 100g: £1.00
- 100g- 250g: £1.30
- 250g-500g: £1.70
- 500g-750g: £2.50
- if for any reason you order needs different postage, we will contact you before dispatching the parcel.
Below are the standard Postage costs for Europe and the rest of the world, this is not insured, tracked or traced. So these rates are at your risk, if you would like alternative postage please contact us directly and we will provide a quotation of cost before you order or dispatch.

We aim to get order dispatched as soon as possible, any order placed before 1pm will be on its way to you the same day.
We cannot guarantee the postal service has no interruptions so please allow 3-4 business days. International orders are normally received in 7-10 days.
You must inform us within 21 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem.
Using our online store:
Please browse our store, select any items you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Add to Bag" button. When you a ready to complete the purchase go to your "cart" and follow the simple checkout instructions. You will be asked for your delivery information in this process.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards and also payments via Paypal.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
You will receive a confirmation of your order, this is to confirm that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will send you an invoice and acceptance of your order, thus forming a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in the event that there has been en error in pricing or the availability of a product has been compromised for any reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
If we don't have your item in stock, we'll let you know asap and let you decide how you wish to proceed.
Out of stock items: We endeavor to keep our online store maintained so as to avoid any confusion but if an item is out of stock please contact us to establish when it will be available again.
VAT/Tax Charges We are not currently VAT registered.
Credit Card Security We use PayPal and WorldPay as our payment gateways, and they are fully compliant.
We do not hold any card details on file, and do not receive your details when paying through PayPal.or World Pay.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the original cost of delivery. These 7 days are from first contact or receipt f the goods which ever is longest.We are not, however, able to refund return postage unless your item is damaged. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.
Any goods returned should be in condition for resale. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of the Charts/patterns, so please ensure you check the suitability prior to ordering
